Creating Forms

Open the Form Editor

Go to your WordPress Admin panel and click "Epic Forms" in the sidebar menu. Click "Create New Form" to start building.

Adding Fields

Use the drag-and-drop editor to add fields to your form. Available field types include:

  • Text input — single line text fields
  • Email — email address with validation
  • Phone — phone number input
  • Textarea — multi-line text for messages
  • Dropdown — select from predefined options
  • Checkbox — single or multiple checkboxes
  • Radio — single choice from options
  • Date — date picker
  • File upload — allow users to upload files (requires File Upload add-on)
  • Signature — capture signatures (requires Signature add-on)

Customizing Your Form

You can customize the look of your form directly in the WordPress page editor. In Gutenberg, select the Epic Forms block and adjust colors, borders, padding, and button styles from the block settings panel. In Elementor, use the widget styling controls.

Publishing

When your form is ready, click "Publish" to make it available for embedding. You can continue editing published forms — changes are saved as drafts until you publish again.
