For paid subscriptions: • Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice • Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period You are responsible for all applicable taxes. We use third-party payment processors and do not store your complete payment information.

5. Intellectual Property

Epic Forms and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Epic Solutions and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or submit through Epic Forms ("User Content"). By using our services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. You are solely responsible for your User Content and must ensure it does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Your use of our services is at your sole risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Epic Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Epic Solutions and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: • Your use of our services • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any third-party rights • Your User Content
